Returns and Refund Policy
1. Right of withdrawal
Unless otherwise provided by law, as a consumer, you have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to notify us of your decision to cancel.

2. Product Returns
After notifying us of your cancellation, you must return the product without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days following such notification.
The product must be returned in packaging appropriate for its nature, particularly if it is fragile, made of glass, framed, artistic, antique, or a collectible.

3. Return shipping costs
Unless otherwise stated on the website or expressly agreed by us, the customer is responsible for the direct costs of returning the item in the event of cancellation.
4. Refund
In the event of a valid cancellation, we will refund the amounts paid, including the standard shipping costs for the original order, without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days from the date we receive your notice.
We may delay the refund until we have received the item or proof of shipment.
The refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise expressly agreed.
5. Products Excluded from the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply, in particular, to custom-made goods, personalized goods, and products for which a legal exclusion applies.
This may apply, for example, to certain frames custom-made to your specifications, including the choice of molding, finishes, mounting, glass, matting, or other specific requirements.
6. Damaged products, errors, or non-conformities
If you receive a damaged, incomplete, incorrect, or non-compliant product, please contact us as soon as possible at info@starck-gallery.com, including your order number, a description of the problem, and helpful photos of the package and the product.
After reviewing the matter, we will let you know the appropriate course of action: replacement, trade-in, price reduction, repair (if applicable), or refund, as appropriate.
7. Artwork, vintage items, or secondhand goods
Some products may exhibit characteristics inherent to their nature: signs of age, patina, repairs, slight irregularities, variations in color, micro-scratches, or other features typical of antique, artistic, or secondhand items.
These factors do not necessarily constitute a defect if they were mentioned in the product description or are typically expected for this type of product.
8. Lots sold as an intermediary
For certain lots identified as being sold on consignment, information regarding the artist, attribution, provenance, condition, or history may come from the owner, the consignor, or third-party sources.
In the event of a proven material inaccuracy regarding an essential characteristic of the batch, we may, as a primary remedy, accept the return of the batch and refund the price paid, without prejudice to the applicable mandatory consumer rights.
