1. Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you have a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to notify us of your decision to withdraw.

2. Return of products

Once you have notified us of your withdrawal, you must return the product without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days following such notification.

The product must be returned in packaging appropriate to its nature, particularly if it is a fragile, glazed, framed, artistic, antique or collector's item.

3. Return costs

Unless otherwise indicated on the website or expressly agreed by us, the direct costs of returning goods shall be borne by the customer in the event of withdrawal.

4. Refund

In the event of a valid withdrawal, we will refund the sums paid, including the standard delivery costs of the initial order, without undue delay and at the latest within 14 calendar days of receipt of your decision.

We may defer the refund until the goods have been recovered or until we have received proof of dispatch.

Refunds will be made by the same method of payment used at the time of purchase, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

5. Products excluded from the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply in particular to custom-made goods, personalised goods and products for which a legal exclusion is applicable.

This may in particular concern certain frames made to your dimensions, choice of moulding, finishes, mounting, glass, matting or other particular specifications.

6. Damaged products, errors or non-conformity

If you receive a damaged, incomplete, incorrect or non-conforming product, please contact us as soon as possible at info@starck-gallery.com, enclosing your order number, a description of the problem and any useful photographs of the parcel and the product.

After examination, we will inform you of the appropriate solution: replacement, return, price reduction, repair if applicable or refund, as the case may be.

7. Artistic, vintage or second-hand products

Some products may have characteristics specific to their nature: traces of time, patina, restorations, slight irregularities, differences in colour, micro-marks or other characteristics compatible with an antique, artistic or second-hand item.

These elements do not necessarily constitute a non-conformity when they have been mentioned in the product data sheet or when they are normally expected for this type of item.

8. Lots sold as intermediaries

For certain lots identified as being sold as an intermediary, information relating to the author, attribution, provenance, condition or history may come from the owner, depositor or third party sources.

In the event of a proven material inaccuracy relating to an essential characteristic of the lot, we may accept as our principal remedy the return of the lot and the refund of the price paid, without prejudice to any applicable mandatory consumer rights.
