Leonard Nimoy Biography

Born on 26 March 1931 in Boston, Leonard Nimoy entered science-fiction legend with a character that became universal.

From 1966, he played Mr Spock, the Vulcan science officer of Star Trek: relentless logic, pointed ears and the Vulcan salute became pop-culture symbols, and his line “Live long and prosper” would outlive him as an emblem. He reprised the role on the big screen for decades and also moved into directing.

An actor, director, photographer and poet, he was a complete artist beyond his legendary character. Our framed Fine Art photo prints celebrate this iconic role: Spock and the Vulcan salute, in black and white or, for some, in colour, for a living room, an office or a fan's bedroom.
