« When Pop Art Meets Diamonds »

Andy Pop is a young Spanish contemporary artist, represented by Starck Gallery on the Costa Blanca. Fully immersed in pop culture — cinema, music, 80s icons, and major figures that have shaped popular imagination — he uses it as the raw material for sculptural work that is both playful and demanding.

Asserting his independence in the art world, Andy Pop develops a personal language where popular iconography meets collectible aesthetics. His most famous series — the Teddy Diamond, bear sculptures with diamond facets, and the Couture Bag, sculptural vases with glamorous lines — revisit familiar icons, sublimating them with highly precise architectural construction: each surface is composed of geometric elements assembled one by one in spiraling patterns that capture light from all angles.

His work employs a wide range of techniques — airbrush, spray paint, collage, epoxy resin, and 3D elements — to create pieces that dialogue between the innocence of a toy and glamour, between art and collectible object. Each piece is handcrafted and finished, produced in limited numbered editions, and accompanied by a certificate of authenticity signed by the artist and stamped by the gallery.

As flagship pieces of their series, Andy Pop's works transform a contemporary interior, a reception area, or a shop window into a true artistic focal point. Starck Gallery supports and accompanies the artist in the development of his career.
