The film. Directed by Robert Enrico in 1971, Rum Runner (Boulevard du Rhum) takes Brigitte Bardot, alongside Lino Ventura, into a rum-smuggling adventure during Prohibition. She plays Linda Larue, a capricious silent-film star, in a colourful, fast-paced adventure comedy.
